Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
Sossegade Studio will make every effort to ensure timely delivery but cannot be held liable for reasonable delays caused by postal or transport services.
All shipping risks are transferred to the customer once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
In case of damage or missing items during transportation, claims must be made directly to the carrier.

Article 1: Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“TCS”) govern all online sales made through the website https://sossegade.com operated by Sossegade Studio, a French micro-enterprise registered in France and based at 7 rue Emmanuel Roy, 86110 Chouppes, France.
By placing an order on the Site, the Customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions without reservation.
Article 2: Products
Sossegade Studio offers handcrafted and curated products such as jewelry, design objects, and artisanal creations (hereinafter referred to as “Products”).
Each Product is presented with a detailed description and photographs.
As many items are handmade or unique, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur — these are not considered defects but part of the artisanal nature of the Products.
Product availability is subject to stock limits. In case of unavailability after purchase, the Customer will be informed promptly and refunded in full.
Article 3: Prices
All prices are indicated in euros (€), including applicable French taxes (VAT is not applicable for micro-enterprises – “TVA non applicable, article 293 B du CGI”).
Prices do not include shipping fees, which are calculated and displayed before order confirmation.
Sossegade Studio reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but Products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.
Article 4: Orders
Orders are placed exclusively online at https://sossegade.com.
The ordering process includes the following steps:
- Selecting Products and adding them to the cart.
- Reviewing and confirming the order summary.
- Providing accurate billing, shipping, and payment information.
- Confirming the order and payment.
An order is considered final once payment has been confirmed.
Sossegade Studio reserves the right to refuse any order in case of suspicion of fraud, payment issues, or abnormal demand.
Article 5: Payment
Payments are made securely online through Stripe, which accepts major credit and debit cards.
All transactions are encrypted and processed in compliance with security standards.
The Customer guarantees that they have full authorization to use the chosen payment method.
The order will only be processed once full payment has been received by Sossegade Studio.
Article 6: Delivery
Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer.
6.1 Shipping and delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on destination and product availability.
Sossegade Studio will make every effort to ship orders promptly but cannot be held liable for reasonable delays due to postal services or customs.
6.2 Delivery fees
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on the delivery location and method chosen.
6.3 Risk transfer
Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery of the Products to the carrier.
Article 7: Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, Customers located within the European Union have a 14-day withdrawal period starting from the date of delivery to return the Product without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, the Customer must contact Sossegade Studio at [email protected] before returning the Product.
Returned Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned Product.
Exceptions
For hygiene and safety reasons, custom-made or personalized jewelry and worn earrings cannot be returned or refunded.
Article 8: Returns and Refunds (Outside EU)
Customers outside the EU may return Products within 14 days at their own expense, following the same conditions as above.
Customs duties and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Article 9: Liability
Sossegade Studio shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of opportunity, income, or reputation, resulting from the use or inability to use the Products.
Slight imperfections or variations inherent in handcrafted items do not constitute defects.
The Customer assumes responsibility for the proper use and care of the Products.
Article 10: Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — texts, images, designs, logos, and products — is the exclusive property of Sossegade Studio and is protected by French and international intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, modification, or commercial use of the Site’s content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

Data is used solely for order processing, customer communication, and, with consent, marketing purposes.
